ABOUT MFL
Founded in 1999 by Michael and Susan Hanley to form and maintain a network of happily married couples to mentor other couples, MFL has evolved to offer a variety of relational support and resources.
Marriage For Life is an independent organisation which bases its work on an educational, preventative model and believes that timely information and support:
· Encourages couples to look after their relationship and achieve a happy, lifelong marriage;
· Helps prevent relational pain and disintegration

FOUNDERS
Married in 1975, Michael and Susan have been working in the marriage and relationship education field for over 20 years, and are Members of the Marriage and Relationship Educators Association of Australia. VISION
A society where marriage and family life are highly valued and couples who choose to marry are aware of and can access support and appropriate relationship resources for all stages of their life together.

MISSION
To uphold marriage by:
· Providing leadership support, training, resource materials and referral services for people in relationships.
· Positively influencing family life in society

STRATEGY
MFL aims to help prevent relational crisis by recognizing relationship strengths and providing timely, practical resources and support.
We are doing this by developing a large website and resource materials for couples through the various life-stages of their relationship. These resources can be adapted for use privately by a couple or in a group setting.
